These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Copper Age website, purchasing our products, or otherwise interacting with our services.

Welcome to Copper Age. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Copper Age. Copper Age operates this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
Copper Age is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced within them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

1. Access & Account
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have the legal authority required to use the Services.
When browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, billing information, payment information and shipping address.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Because many Copper Age products are individually handmade, small variations in shape, texture, hammer marks, patina, tone and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted metalwork and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on the screen, device, lighting or display settings used to view the product.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. Copper Age may accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the requested destination.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Cancellation and return requests are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Personalized or custom-engraved orders may not be cancelled after personalization, engraving, or production has started.
If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact details supplied with the order.
4. Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and import fees are handled as described on our website and during checkout.
Standard international shipping is included in the product price for most supported destinations. Some destinations and faster shipping services may require an additional charge.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website and during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, transport disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for the risk of loss or damage to your order until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including Copper Age names, branding, logos, product photography, text, graphics, videos, designs and other materials, are owned by Copper Age or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal and non-commercial use. Unless permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or publicly display our content without prior written permission.
Shopify's name, trademarks, logos and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its respective licensors.

Such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from their respective providers.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites that you choose to access.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Copper Age is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Copper Age. Shopify is not the seller of Copper Age products and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders placed with Copper Age.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain information required to operate, secure and improve the Services.
Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than the country in which you reside, as further described in our Privacy Policy and applicable Shopify privacy notices.
11. Feedback & Reviews
If you voluntarily submit product reviews, feedback, photographs, suggestions, comments or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You grant Copper Age permission to use submitted feedback where reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote our Services, subject to applicable law.

Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We may correct errors and update inaccurate information when reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order that you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective goods, damaged goods, products not matching their description, or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting directly from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your violation of the rights of another person.
Any indemnification obligations under these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and the policies referenced within them constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such consent is legally permitted to be required.
Copper Age may transfer rights and obligations connected with the Services where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Copper Age as a business established in Ukraine, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of the country in which you reside where those protections apply.
